Hana Kahleova
MD, PhD. Physician-researcher, director of clinical research at PCRM.
Kahleova is the trial scientist behind many PCRM studies and, earlier, trials in Prague. She studies the reasons a low-fat vegan diet brings weight down, and how meal timing matters.
Whose words we use: Her own papers.
Evidence behind the weight-loss advice: Randomized controlled trials, plus cohort data.
